Today I should find out if I need to extend the finance clause on my land beyond the 8th April (Wednesday) So in theory, today I could find out if the valuation has come back as OK!
Getting nervous now!

- I am starting down the garden path to trying to live a simple life. I think I've been heading that way for a while but I am now focussing more energy into. A simple life doesn't mean an easy life though. I already have a vegie garden out the back which I am expanding into the front yard, I have egg laying chickens, a few meat chickens and a few quails for both eggs and meat. I live in the northern suburbs of Melbourne and my block is 448sqm which also has a 3 bedroom house on it.
