When I got all my loan documentation there was also a bit of paper that allowed me to authorise payments to be made over the phone. Instead of faxing or sending in an invoice, all I need to do is call them up, they check my account to make sure I have done all the required paperwork and I tell them who to pay, how much and it's done! It really is a great and easy way to do it, good work Westpac!
I've now paid the 20% deposit for my heater and air con :D I'm sure that tomorrow or the day after I will also be ringing up to make my first payment to my builder, my slab payment!

- I am starting down the garden path to trying to live a simple life. I think I've been heading that way for a while but I am now focussing more energy into. A simple life doesn't mean an easy life though. I already have a vegie garden out the back which I am expanding into the front yard, I have egg laying chickens, a few meat chickens and a few quails for both eggs and meat. I live in the northern suburbs of Melbourne and my block is 448sqm which also has a 3 bedroom house on it.
