Oh dear

I just came to a possibly sad realisation - I think that today is the first Wednesday since construction on my house started that I haven't been out to see my house, in 11 weeks!!

HAHAHAHA what a house building loser I am!! The even sadder bit is I know I am probably not the only one!! Share with me your loserness! I don't care, I love it as I get to see my house grow bit by bit :D

  2. Hey Bill, so glad to hear I am not alone in this! I figured other home builders would be!

I think my car just naturally heads that way home from work now! I'm going to go up tomorrow even though I think the windows will be covered in plastic from the painters - but I need to just see that and photograph it! LOL!!

  3. ROFL... Trust me, I'm the same. I should have a big "L" stamped on my forehead. I visit the house almost every night after work. So yeah, I'm a house building loser too :-)

  6. Lisa I'm going to be checking out my house every day on my way home from work when it starts. I go out there a couple of times a week just to watch them progress with digging up the street ready for title in Dec. Now that's sad....lol. I love it though.

  7. Cinny wow twice a day! I reckon I probably would too if I could and it wasn't a 50km round trip!

Oze I used to go up to just visit my dirt too! I know a few others who did or still do it :)

  8. We currently live in Melbourne, so when the house starts getting built in Ballarat, we'll only be able to visit it on weekends :( Been considering moving down there early and renting close by just so we can keep an eye on things ;)

  9. Oh yeah, I'm a total addict! I visit my land loads & will probably visit my house everyday after work once they start building it. Lucky it's on the way home or the petrol would send me broke. :)

Sirona I look at it like this - I'm going to be doing around that much driving once I live there anyway ;)
